On December 29, 2025, DCL successfully held the kick-off ceremony for the implementation of the Base.vn corporate management platform. The event marks an important step in DCL’s roadmap to gradually strengthen and modernize its corporate governance system, aligning with the company’s development strategy for the new phase.
The event was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – CEO of DCL; Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang – CEO of Benovas Medical Equipment Company; Mr. Nguyen Trong Duc – Deputy CEO in charge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain; Ms. Nguyen Lam Minh Thuong – Chief Financial Officer; along with representatives from various divisions, departments, and key management personnel involved in the project.
Representing Base.vn were Mr. Tran Tuan Anh Nghia – Deputy CEO in charge of Growth, together with implementation specialists and system operation support experts.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, CEO of DCL, noted that over the past few years, the company has steadily worked to standardize its management processes, operational systems, and internal control mechanisms. The deployment of the Base.vn platform represents the next step in completing DCL’s governance framework, aiming to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency in cross-departmental collaboration while supporting the leadership team in operational management.
During the program, both parties aligned on the project’s objectives, implementation scope, and execution roadmap. Roles, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms among the stakeholders were also clearly defined. Representatives from Base.vn provided an overview of the implementation approach, operational principles, and support plans for each phase of the project, ensuring that the platform would be deployed in a way that aligns with DCL’s operational characteristics and governance needs.
The project kick-off ceremony also served as an opportunity for DCL’s leadership to clearly communicate the roles of participating divisions, departments, and project personnel. This helped ensure alignment in understanding and coordination throughout the implementation process. Clearly assigned responsibilities are expected to facilitate efficient, synchronized, and timely execution of the project.
