Compassioning with patients’ hardship in shopping for medicine, as an eager to join hands with the whole country to fight the pandemic, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) – a member of FIT Group (FIT Group) cooperates with Volunteer units and the local government of Ho Chi Minh City organized a drugs donation to support Covid-19 treatment for F0 patients being home-treated in the area.
Specifically, DCL donated 5,000 medicine packs (a course of treatment/pack) including: Acetylcysteine 200mg cough medicine and 2 out of 5 Covid-19 home remedies for adults on prescription from the Department of Health. Ho Chi Minh City in Official Letter No. 5627/SYT-NVY issued on 15/8/2021 is Paracetamol brand Panalgan 500mg and Prednisolone Brand Rednisone-N.
In addition, each DCL pack contains detailed instructions on drugs used in the treatment of Covid-19 at home to help patients get appropriate treatment before accessing medical facilities, expected that patient F0 to be positive, optimistic, resilient to promptly recover from Covid-19.

Previously, in order to support for the F0 home treatment in the area effectively, DCL also gave the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City 400,000 pills for the treatment of Covid-19 of all kinds produced and distributed by DCL, including 300,000 Paracetamol tablets 500mg with the brand name Panalgan 500 and 100,000 pills of Methyl Prednisolone 16mg with the brand name m-Rednisone 16.

In addition to this program, DCL together with FIT Group donated essential items and medicines in the program “FIT Group join hands to fight Covid-19” to 6 Covid treatment facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as other locations. The provinces with complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic include: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Can Tho… with a total program value of over 13 billion VND.
