On 17 May 2015, at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture & Arts, Vietnam Young Physicians Association and Vietnam Youth Union organised opening ceremony named “Young physicians following Uncle Ho’s teachings” high-day, volunteering for public health. This is an annual volunteer program, offering free medical check, treatment, medicine and gifts for children, elders having difficult living conditions, people having national merits and specially categorized families, etc. in 44 provinces/cities nationwide.
With such noble and practical meaning, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company – a member of F.I.T, taking part in this campaign has offered free 100 mio worth of its. antibiotic and vitamin supplementary products. The products were evenly distributed over provinces/cities.

The “Young physicians following Uncle Ho’s teachings” high-day has become the annual activity held on the occasion of Uncle Ho’s birthday. This year, the high-day took place nationwide, Hanoi has been chosen as national level centre. During the campaign period, more than 100,000 people got free medical check and medicine; 1,000 elders got free eye operation; thousands of young volunteers donated blood. Kindergarten and primary school teachers have got first aid training and “Hand washing” Day was organized.
