On the morning of July 5, 2025, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical held its 2025 Employee Delegate Conference in a serious, vibrant, and constructive atmosphere. The conference not only served as a review and evaluation of the company’s performance in 2024 but also set forth new directions and renewed determination for the journey ahead.
The conference was attended by Ms. Le Nguyen Lan Anh – Standing Member of the Provincial Labor Federation, along with Cuu Long Pharmaceutical’s Board of General Directors, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, and representatives from departments, divisions, and affiliated units.
During the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – General Director of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical – presented a report on the company’s business performance in 2024 and outlined key tasks for 2025. She emphasized that the company’s goals are sustainable development, operational efficiency, enhanced competitiveness, and a continued focus on improving employee well-being.

On behalf of the Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang – Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union – reported on the implementation of the 2024 Collective Labor Agreement. He also summarized suggestions and proposals from employees, which focused on practical matters such as working conditions, employee benefits, and solutions to enhance productivity and work quality.
Additionally, the conference included a report on the allocation and usage of welfare and reward funds in accordance with the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders. It also addressed the company’s contributions to the Trade Union fund, Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI), and disclosed financial matters related to employees’ rights in 2024.
“These reports clearly reflect the company’s transparency, responsibility, and commitment to caring for the physical and mental well-being of its employees,” said Ms. Nguyen Lam Minh Thuong – Chief Financial Officer.
One of the key outcomes of the conference was the approval and signing of a supplemental appendix to the 2025 Collective Labor Agreement, affirming the mutual commitment of both the company and the Trade Union to continuously improving policies and benefits to better support employees.
After more than three hours of focused work, with lively and democratic discussions, the conference successfully fulfilled all agendas and directions set by the company’s leadership and the higher-level Trade Union. It reflected the spirit of “Listening to accompany – Acting to go further,” laying a solid foundation for Cuu Long Pharmaceutical to continue its growth journey and realize its vision of becoming the most highly regarded Vietnamese pharmaceutical company—valued by patients, partners, and employees alike for its innovative, accessible, and high-quality products and services.
