On December 8, 2023, the Investment Newspaper and Viet Research jointly organized a ceremony to award the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Vietnam. This category has always attracted public attention due to its quality and credibility over the years. In 2023, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) was announced in the Top 10 Best Workplaces in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment sector.
According to experts, the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Vietnam were selected based on criteria groups: Human Resources and Employer Reputation; Business Production Efficiency and Growth Prospects; Income and Welfare Policies. The program has political and social significance in raising community, business, and employee awareness about human resource development, worker treatment, corporate culture, and employer reputation. This year’s award was notable for the participation of advisors from the National University of Singapore.
