On March 5, 2024, at the Vinh Long Convention Center, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) participated in the Conference promoting cooperation between Indian businesses and Vinh Long province. The conference aimed to introduce products, seek opportunities for connection and cooperation with Indian enterprises.
The conference marked the 52nd anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India (January 7, 1972 – January 7, 2024). Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, representatives of Indian businesses, Vinh Long, and others attended the event. It opened opportunities for Indian businesses in Vinh Long in trade and investment, education, tourism, information technology, and healthcare, enhancing the Vietnam-India relationship to a new level.
Mr. Dang Van Chinh, Permanent Vice Chairman of Vinh Long Province People’s Committee, stated, “Over the years, Vietnam and India have maintained a stable and increasingly flourishing friendship.” Since 2010, India has consistently been among the top 20 trading partners of Vietnam. The bilateral trade turnover between Vietnam and India increased from 2.75 billion USD in 2010 to 14.36 billion USD in 2023.

At the conference, aiming to introduce its image and products and create cooperation opportunities with Indian enterprises in the pharmaceutical and medical supplies sector, DCL showcased key products such as Panalgan, Cefixim 200, Calfizz, empty capsules, etc. DCL’s products attracted significant interest from Indian companies, opening up substantial cooperation opportunities in the future.
