On the afternoon of September 21, 2024, the Youth Union of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical, in collaboration with the local police force and the People’s Committee of Ward 5, Vinh Long City, organized an annual event called “Green Sunday 2024” to support environmental protection efforts and maintain urban aesthetics.
The DCL Youth Union took action to protect the environment.
This meaningful initiative, spearheaded by the local community, aims to raise individual responsibility for keeping the living environment green, clean, and beautiful. Within the program’s framework, the Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Youth Union, along with various authorities, organized the removal of illegal advertisements and cleaned up unauthorized trash disposal sites that caused urban aesthetic disruption. These activities not only restored the cleanliness and tidiness of public spaces but also contributed to raising community awareness about the importance of following environmental protection regulations.
The program was a success, with enthusiastic participation from young union members and local authorities, demonstrating the strength of unity and collective efforts for the common good, significantly contributing to the sustainable and prosperous development of Vinh Long province.

Thus, the Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Youth Union actively participates and collaborates with local authorities in Vinh Long to organize clean-up efforts, remove illegal advertisements, and more. Through these practical actions, we hope to contribute the voice of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical’s youth to the issue of environmental protection, for the common development of Vinh Long province,” shared Ly Hoàng Nam, Secretary of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical’s Youth Union.
