In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, as well as International Workers’ Day on May 1, the grassroots trade union of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical organized the “2025 Culinary Festival.” The event was held in a lively, joyful atmosphere with enthusiastic participation from various union teams, showcasing the vibrant cultural spirit and strong bonds among the company’s employees.
The program featured six competing teams, each representing a union group from different departments and divisions across the company. Each team played the role of a “master chef,” presenting dishes rich in hometown flavors, infused with creativity and team spirit. With skillful hands and harmonious collaboration, the teams transformed the kitchen area into a cultural space where flavor, emotion, and spirit were fully intertwined.
Beyond just cooking delicious dishes, the teams also demonstrated creativity and careful planning in their presentation. Each banquet table was meticulously arranged, from layout and color coordination to decorative themes, reflecting the unique identity of each trade union group. Every booth became not only a culinary artwork but also a miniature cultural signature, representing the unity and vitality of each department.
The event was not merely a cooking competition, but a meaningful occasion for members to connect, share, and bond. Every smile, every cheer, and each shared moment during preparation and participation helped strengthen the ties between colleagues. From flavorful dishes to cheerful laughter, the festival brought positive energy, rekindling love for the workplace and the collective journey shared by all employees.

After an exciting competition and fair evaluation by the panel of judges, the Business Division’s trade union team won First Prize with their spicy chicken hotpot. The Operations Division team took Second Prize, and the Pharmaceutical Factory team earned Third Prize.
