One of the key decisions that makes the difference of the Cap Padaran Cape Dinh project is enhancing the customer experience. This is the affirmation of Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung – General Director of Mui Dinh Company, a unit of FIT Group – the project investor in a recent talk.
What makes you state the Cap Padaran Cape Dinh project to improve the customer experience?
First of all, in respect of the overview location of the Cap Padaran project Mui Dinh at Bai Trang, it is located in the south of Ninh Thuan province in which still retains the wild landscape of nature. the project includes the a total length of more than 8km white-sandy beach. The back of its surrounded by rocky mountains, creating a favorable feng shui position that hardly any resorts own that is “lying the mountain, facing the sea”. Standing at any corner of the project, one can have a panoramic view of the vast blue ocean to the horizon. Owning the natural landscape that nature has for this place, we decided to design a resort and experience project.
Secondly, the project imbued with Champa culture, one of the most important points about Champa architecture is the discovery process created through the change of scenery. More specifically, tourists will be immersed in an iconic space through the effects of light and the use of materials. This has been carefully researched to highlight space companies, provide special spaces for resort activities and welcome guests with unforgettable experiences.
The unique feature of the Cap Padaran project Cape Dinh is its location which lies in the rare upwelling water in the world. It is an oceanic phenomenon that refers to cold, nutrient-rich and dense gyre moving from deep into swallow areas, replacing hotter one. This stream is created by the regeneration of plants.
Therefore, Ninh Thuan – Binh Thuan fishing grounds has favorable ecological environment conditions for the development of marine organisms, especially its freshness of seafood compared to other sea areas. That will be a plus for visitors’ experience to be more fascinating and charming.
The design of the Cap Padaran Mui Dinh project has the characteristics of Champa culture and enhances the customer advanture
Could you please share the meaning behind the name Cap Padaran Cape Dinh, sir?
Previously, the project was named Ecopark Mui Dinh. However, it did not show all the highlights of the project, so from the end of January 2021, I also agreed to change the project name to Cap Padaran Cape Dinh .
As we all know, the address of Mui Dinh is also known in French as Cap Pandaran or Cap Padaran, originally the sound of the Champa language. Therefore, changing the name from Cape Dinh Ecopark to Cap Padaran Cape Dinh will help visitors better shape a famous tourist list in Ninh Thuan with the famous Mui Dinh Lighthouse built during the France colonial period which is over 100 years old.
Could you please clarify the regulations of the Cap Padaran Cape Dinh project?
Cap Padaran Mui Dinh is a project with an area of nearly 800 hectares located on a unique terrain to be found nowhere in Vietnam, with rocky mountains surrounding sandy beaches, sub-desert embracing natural lakes, close to beautiful arc-shaped beaches like luxury resorts in the world.
The project has many subdivisions arranged according to different themes and functions. Featured with a 5-star resort hotel complex with an area of 63 hectares and an integrated area of up to 88,667 m2, including 86 duplex villas, 420 hotel rooms, and a large entertainment and relaxation area such as: Village commercial, spa, convention and game center, restaurant. The hotel building has a height of 37.2m with 12 floors, 1 basement and 300 parking spaces. The works in the project are designed to simulate Champa architecture and are skillfully combined with the natural landscape to create an architectural masterpiece like no other.
The overall Cap Padaran Cape Dinh project covers an area of nearly 800ha with a coastline of about 8km.
Not only that, this place has a length of 8km of sea surface, with mountains and sand dunes, which is convenient for creating many types of resort tourism products and countless types of tourism experience such as mountain climbing, sandboarding, off-road racing in the desert, watching sunrise and sunset on camels, have fun at water parks, theme parks, enjoy nighttime art shows, and experience shopping (outlet) , play golf on the sand…
The project will develop into 2 phases. Phase 1 to build Bai Trang area as a resort, including sea villas & mountain villas facing the sea; 5-star hotel with 500 rooms with an investment of 100 million USD. These products will create a world-class resort, promising to be the destination of many domestic and international customers. According to the world’s leading tourism development and hotel management experts, this place will be a destination for high-class customers and attracting millions of dollars of investment from international investors in developing hotels and resorts.
