On July 27, 2017, F.I.T Group successfully held the OGSM first-6-month preliminary ceremony in a cozy and formal atmosphere. The OGSM first-6-month preliminary ceremony is one of the annual activities, bearing the very identity of F.I.T, deeply reflecting on the core values of the company and it is considered as one of the reasons for the strong growth of F.I.T in the past 10 years.
Through the ceremony, all leaders and staff of F.I.T Group reviewed and evaluated the performance of the first 6 months, therefore, timely adjustments and a plan of action will be made in the second half of the year.
The first 6 months of 2017 can be said to be the developing stage with many flourishes and much success achieved thanks to the clear target strategy and unceasing efforts of the Board of Directors and all employees of the Group: From the policy of strengthening the array of business activities to the strategy on finding foreign strategic partners for the Group and its member companies; maintaining and promoting strengths in financial investment activities; focusing on expanding the core businesses of pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and agriculture and food products that form the basis of FIT. To the development and upkeep of the staff of the departments of the Group, thanks to those synchronous efforts, all of the departments of the Group have successfully finished the work set out at the beginning of the year, the finishing percentage compared to the year has reached impressive milestones.
This result reaffirms the direction and strategy that the Board of Directors and departments of the Group have set in OGSM from the beginning of the year is absolutely right. And it is important that FIT has built a unique, very own business culture, making the whole board and all employees have a spirit of commitment, serious compliance and determined to not only achieve but also exceed the targets and strategies OGSM has set out since the beginning of the year.
At the end of the meeting, after the Board of Directors and departments reported their accomplishments and stated goals to be fulfilled in the second half of the year, “I, we commit to raising awareness and accomplishing the goal” ceremony is implemented as a cultural feature of F.I.T. The commitment ceremony expressed the spirit of determination and joint efforts of all the leaders and staff F.I.T, all of which for the purpose of building F.I.T Group become a leading developing company in Vietnam.
