The OGSM Roll-out 2026 Conference “Challenging Limits” was attended by Chairman Nguyen Van Sang, the Group’s Executive Board, the leadership teams of member companies, and employees across the entire Group.

In the pharmaceutical and medical device sector, 2025 marked balanced growth across all three of DCL’s core business segments. In the empty hard capsule segment, the factory achieved a capacity of over 11.6 billion capsules per year, equivalent to nearly 1 billion capsules per month. In medical devices, Phase 1 of the Benovas Medical Device Factory in Vinh Long (covering 10,846.6 m² with an investment of USD 26 million) was inaugurated, with a designed capacity of 21.5 million products per month, equivalent to 258 million products per year. In pharmaceuticals, the system comprising the Non-Betalactam Factory, Cephalosporin Factory, and Cream–Syrup Factory, with a total area of 4,797 m², currently reaches a capacity of 1.2 billion units per year. In addition, DCL is investing in the construction of an EU-GMP–standard pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Tay Ninh, covering 50,000 m² with a total investment of USD 150 million.

In the beverage sector, with 35 years of development, Vikoda continues to affirm its leading position in Vietnam’s natural alkaline mineral water market, while expanding exports to China and international markets. The company is a strategic partner and Diamond Sponsor of the Vietnam Nutrition Association, contributing to the promotion of healthy lifestyles through scientific conferences. Vikoda’s products are distributed through more than 1,000 partners, including supermarkets, convenience stores, hotels, resorts, and e-commerce platforms, targeting an output of 1 million bottles per day.

In the cosmetics and household chemicals sector, Today Cosmetics continues to strengthen its position with safe, consumer-friendly, and environmentally responsible product lines. The company operates a modern factory covering 4,946 m², equipped with five advanced production lines imported from Europe and South Korea, meeting stringent quality standards. These lines enable the production of a wide range of products, including household care, personal care, insect repellents, air fresheners, and cosmetics. Supported by a dedicated R&D Center with experienced experts, Today Cosmetics continuously applies advanced technologies to develop high-quality products, promoting green consumption trends, minimizing environmental impact, and contributing to a sustainable lifestyle. Vietnam’s economy is forecast to grow strongly in 2026, with a GDP growth target of at least 10%. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group, Group CEO, board members, employees, and the Group’s business teams. In his speech, Chairman Nguyen Van Sang shared that F.I.T Champion was initiated with the aim of honoring the persistent, often behind-the-scenes, yet highly determined contributions of the Sales Division.

“In the context of a challenging economy and a slow market, our sales warriors have maintained determination, choosing to move forward rather than step back. This is what makes me the proudest. The six champions honored in Q2/2025 were individuals with outstanding sales performance, achieving over 100% of their sales targets. Notably, Ms. Nguyen Mai Thanh Hien (DCL) set a record with 149% of her target, while Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong (FCO) ranked second with 140%.

During the meeting, shareholders listened to and approved the 2024 performance reports presented by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Executive Board, and the Supervisory Board. They also reviewed and provided input on the business plan for 2025. The AGM passed various proposals, including the 2025 business plan, the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for 2024, the selection of an auditing firm for 2025 financial reports, and other matters within the authority of the AGM.

In 2024, despite ongoing economic challenges, F.I.T Group focused on adhering closely to its strategic action plans. The Group made product improvements, invested in factory and facility development, enhanced employee knowledge and experience, and launched digital transformation initiatives across the organization. 1. If you were to describe F.I.T Group’s 18-year journey in three words, what would they be and why?

Determined – Because throughout these 18 years, F.I.T Group has consistently upheld its strategic vision of enhancing quality of life through superior products and services. Despite market fluctuations, we have remained steadfast in our goal of building a strong, multi-industry corporation.

Innovative – Because F.I.T Group never stops creating and adapting to meet market demands. We’ve boldly invested in new sectors, implemented advanced technologies in production and management, and continuously improved our business model to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Breakthrough – Because F.I.T Group not only focuses on steady growth but also aims for new heights. From a domestic enterprise, we are now expanding into international markets, building a Vietnamese brand capable of competing on a global scale.

2. In your opinion, what core values has F.I.T Group built and should continue to uphold and promote?

F.I.T Group is founded on three pillars: long-term vision, innovative spirit, and sustainable development.

Our long-term vision means we don’t only focus on short-term gains, but instead pursue well-planned strategies for sustainable growth. This enables us to create real value for customers, partners, and society as a whole.

3. How will the quality of products and services provided by member companies be enhanced going forward to fulfill the mission of improving quality of life?

We will focus on three main directions to continuously improve the quality of our products and services:

First, investment in advanced production technologies. F.I.T Group’s factories will be upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment and technology to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Second, research and development (R&D). We will boost investment in R&D to create new products that meet the diverse needs of the market. This not only helps F.I.T Group maintain a competitive edge but also brings real value to consumers.

Finally, we will enhance customer experience, aiming to deliver the best possible experiences when using F.I.T Group products.

4. What is F.I.T Group’s approach to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility?

Sustainable development and social responsibility are not just commitments – they are guiding principles in everything we do at F.I.T Group.

In March, F.I.T Group marked its 18th anniversary, celebrating a journey of growth that now includes 17 subsidiary companies, over 3,000 employees, an equity capital of VND 5,941 billion, and total assets of VND 7,748 billion. The group operates across four key sectors: Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Agriculture, and Real Estate.

As part of its expansion, F.I.T Group recently inaugurated the Benovas medical equipment manufacturing plant with a total investment of $26 million. Phase 1, located in Vinh Long, is already operational, covering an area of 10,846.6 square meters with an investment of approximately $16 million and an annual production capacity of 258 million units. Phase 2, with an additional $10 million investment, is expected to be completed by June 2026, focusing on advanced technology applications to enhance product quality.

Overview of Benovas Medical Equipment Factory – Phase 1.

According to the 2024 financial report, Cửu Long Pharmaceutical (DCL) recorded revenue exceeding VND 1,333 billion. Revenue came not only from the medical equipment segment but also from empty capsules and pharmaceuticals. The pharmaceutical plant spans 4,797 square meters with a production capacity of 1.2 billion units per year, comprising three factories: Non-Betalactam, Cephalosporin, and Cream-Syrup. DCL is set to break ground on a new EU-GMP standard plant with an investment of VND 1,396 billion, increasing capacity to 1.6 billion units per year.

Additionally, DCL’s empty capsule manufacturing facility operates 20 production lines with an annual capacity of 8.5 billion capsules. Of these, eight modern production lines were invested in during the 2021-2023 period. In 2024, DCL launched Capsule 5, raising total output to 11.6 billion capsules per year.

In the beverage industry, Khánh Hòa Mineral Water JSC (Vikoda) has been producing natural alkaline mineral water for 35 years. Sourced from the Đảnh Thạnh natural alkaline mineral spring, located within a 35-hectare vegetation conservation area, the water is directly channeled to the factory, preserving its purity while adhering to strict production standards, including 6-1:2010/BYT and Codex 108.

Vikoda’s products are distributed nationwide and exported internationally, with a network of over 1,000 partners, including 173 supermarkets, 3,600 convenience stores, 50 luxury resorts, more than 60 four- and five-star hotels, and reputable e-commerce platforms. The company aims to supply one million bottles of water daily.

Modern Production Technology at Vikoda’s Natural Alkaline Mineral Water Factory

In the cosmetics and personal care sector, FIT Cosmetics and Today Cosmetics focus on researching and launching eco-friendly biological products, utilizing multi-enzyme technology from Europe. Their manufacturing facility spans 4,946 square meters and operates four state-of-the-art production lines from Europe and South Korea. The company’s products not only promote green consumption trends but also ensure health and safety for the whole family.

FIT Cosmetics’ s products are distributed in supermarkets nationwide.

In the agriculture and food sector, Western Export Food Processing JSC (Westfood) leverages the advantages of the largest fruit-growing region in the Mekong Delta, along with modern facilities and technology, to supply products that meet export standards to Japan, China, Europe, and more.

The Westfood Hau Giang factory, with an investment of VND 666 billion, is expected to begin operations in Q2 2025, increasing its capacity to 30,000 tons per year. This will place the company among the top 5 leading vegetable and fruit export companies in Vietnam.

In the real estate sector, F.I.T Group focuses on developing projects in the mid-range and high-end segments.
