Implemented at F.I.T Group since 2010 and across its member companies since 2016, OGSM has become a distinctive hallmark of the Group’s management philosophy. The OGSM framework has played a vital role in driving F.I.T Group’s breakthrough growth, enabling it to develop into a diversified economic group owning essential product sectors with strong manufacturing and business capabilities, a clear sustainable development orientation, and a workplace that more than 3,000 employees nationwide are proud to be part of. In both current and long-term planning, OGSM continues to serve as a critical tool to connect, guide, and align F.I.T Group and its member companies toward ambitious, breakthrough objectives, elevating the Group to new heights.

The OGSM Roll-out 2026 Conference “Challenging Limits” was attended by Chairman Nguyen Van Sang, the Group’s Executive Board, the leadership teams of member companies, and employees across the entire Group.

With the goal of helping every employee clearly understand the overall picture, key objectives, and strategic directions of their respective companies for the new year—while deeply internalizing the OGSM language in daily work practices and fostering a mindset of bold action and ambitious aspiration – the OGSM Roll-out 2026 continued to be held online across five locations: Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, and Vinh Long. This format delivered a vivid and engaging experience throughout presentations and interactive dialogue sessions.

Despite being widely recognized as a challenging year, 2025 saw F.I.T Group remain firmly committed to its strategic action plans set from the beginning of the year. At the same time, the Group continued to improve product quality, inaugurate new factories and facilities, and enhance manufacturing, business, and management capabilities among its workforce. As a result, both the Group and its member companies achieved significant accomplishments, laying a solid foundation for stable and sustainable growth in the future.

In the pharmaceutical and medical device sector, 2025 marked balanced growth across all three of DCL’s core business segments. In the empty hard capsule segment, the factory achieved a capacity of over 11.6 billion capsules per year, equivalent to nearly 1 billion capsules per month. In addition, DCL is investing in the construction of an EU-GMP–standard pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Tay Ninh, covering 50,000 m² with a total investment of USD 150 million.

In the beverage sector, with 35 years of development, Vikoda continues to affirm its leading position in Vietnam’s natural alkaline mineral water market, while expanding exports to China and international markets. In the cosmetics and household chemicals sector, Today Cosmetics continues to strengthen its position with safe, consumer-friendly, and environmentally responsible product lines. The company operates a modern factory covering 4,946 m², equipped with five advanced production lines imported from Europe and South Korea, meeting stringent quality standards. These lines enable the production of a wide range of products, including household care, personal care, insect repellents, air fresheners, and cosmetics. Supported by a dedicated R&D Center with experienced experts, Today Cosmetics continuously applies advanced technologies to develop high-quality products, promoting green consumption trends, minimizing environmental impact, and contributing to a sustainable lifestyle. The conference also vividly portrayed the broader picture of challenges and difficulties through roundtable dialogue sessions with guest representatives from production and business units at various locations, including Hanoi, Vinh Long, Khanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Sharing the plans for 2026, Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hoai, CEO of F.I.T Group, stated: “Within risks lie opportunities, and within challenges there are always chances for success. Looking ahead, 2026 presents both significant challenges and opportunities, requiring resilience, intelligence, and a strong desire for victory from every member of the leadership team and the entire workforce. The event marked an important milestone, launching a strong start for the 2026 business year while reaffirming DCL’s determination to innovate, unite, and achieve breakthrough growth across the entire system.

Sales Kick-off 2026 took place as 2025 came to a close amid significant market fluctuations and challenges. More than a year-end review, the program served as a critical opportunity for DCL to align strategic thinking, reinforce confidence, and inspire the sales force to enter the new year with a proactive, action-ready mindset.

During the program, DCL’s leadership presented a comprehensive review of business performance in 2025, highlighting key achievements while candidly addressing existing limitations and lessons learned. The presentations went beyond high-level summaries, delving into operational realities and providing management and sales teams with a clearer, more holistic understanding of the company’s overall performance.

The core focus of Sales Kick-off 2026 was the sharing of strategic directions, business objectives, and the sales plan for 2026. The leadership emphasized strategic pillars, priority actions, and specific targets for each phase and sales channel. As a result, the entire system—from headquarters to regional markets—was clearly oriented and aligned in terms of goals and execution approaches.

One of the most notable values of the program was the strong alignment in mindset, objectives, and actions between the leadership team and the nationwide sales force. Open discussion and interactive sessions created opportunities for departments, regions, and sales channels to share perspectives, propose solutions, and demonstrate their commitment to accompanying DCL’s overall strategy in 2026.

Through various networking and team-building activities, the spirit of unity and collaboration among departments, regions, and sales channels was further strengthened. This cohesion serves as a crucial foundation for DCL to leverage collective strength and enhance execution effectiveness in practice.

At the conclusion of the program, Sales Kick-off 2026 achieved several key outcomes: management and sales teams gained a clear understanding of the 2026 strategy, targets, and action directions; implementation plans were unified and synchronized nationwide; and the sense of responsibility, commitment, and determination to achieve business goals was significantly reinforced. More importantly, the program established a solid foundation for DCL to enter 2026 with a proactive, confident mindset, ready to break through from the very first days of the year.

Sales Kick-off 2026 not only concluded with figures, plans, and targets, but also opened a new journey filled with confidence, determination, and a strong spirit of breakthrough across the entire DCL team. With strategies clearly defined, goals aligned, and people moving in the same direction, DCL enters 2026 with stability, initiative, and strong aspirations for growth. With unity from leadership to the nationwide sales force, DCL is confident in delivering significant breakthroughs, contributing to the sustainable development of F.I.T Group, and further strengthening its position in both domestic and international markets.

Currently, DCL is the only manufacturer in Vietnam capable of producing and supplying empty hard capsules in multiple sizes, meeting the formulation needs of pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.

Beyond the exhibition itself, the event also opened up opportunities for collaboration between DCL and the International Polyclinic – Cuu Long University. Accompanying the clinic’s launch is seen as a positive first step toward future cooperation in the supply of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as joint initiatives in practical training for students. This aligns well with the university’s orientation of strengthening partnerships between educational institutions and enterprises in healthcare training and community care.

Following the event, DCL has set out several objectives to maximize the effectiveness of the connections established. The program aims to protect employee health, support early detection of occupational diseases, and enable timely preventive and medical interventions.

Annual health check-ups have become a regular activity at Duoc Cuu Long, demonstrating the company’s sense of responsibility and strong commitment to safeguarding employees’ healthcare rights. In 2025, the program continued to be rolled out for all employees across production plants and office units. The process was carefully planned and reasonably scheduled to ensure effective medical examinations while minimizing any impact on production and business operations.

The health check-ups were conducted in full compliance with regulations on occupational safety, hygiene, and employee healthcare. The examinations included general health assessments, biochemical tests, complete blood counts, ultrasound scans, X-rays, and specialized screenings to provide a comprehensive evaluation of each individual’s health status. This approach helps identify early signs of potential health issues and supports employees in proactively monitoring their health and adjusting their lifestyles for long-term well-being.

To enhance organizational efficiency, Duoc Cuu Long developed a department-based examination plan, with appropriate time slots and locations. Employee groups were arranged on a rotational basis, ensuring full participation during working hours without disrupting production lines.

At Duoc Cuu Long, employees are always provided with the best possible working conditions and healthcare support.

Periodic health check-ups are not only a clear demonstration of the company’s care for its workforce but also a key component of Duoc Cuu Long’s human resource development strategy. “Regular health monitoring helps raise awareness among our employees about the prevention of occupational diseases, while contributing to a safe and productive working environment. This is also a practical preparation to help each employee maintain good physical health, thereby supporting the company’s stable and long-term development,” a representative of Duoc Cuu Long shared.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Linh – Admin of the Capsule Manufacturing Plant, said: “Being able to undergo regular health check-ups, especially screenings for occupational diseases, makes me feel more secure at work. Through this program, I truly appreciate and am grateful for the company’s care, which also motivates me to contribute more to my job.”

The 2025 annual health check-up program continues to affirm Duoc Cuu Long’s orientation toward building a humane working environment that places people at the center— a core element of the company’s sustainable development strategy. WestFood Strengthens Its Position with Hundreds of Hectares of International-Standard MD2 Pineapple https://fitgroup.com.vn/westfood-strengthens-its-position-with-hundreds-of-hectares-of-international-standard-md2-pineapple/ Fri, 28 Nov 2025 07:57:37 +0000 https://fitgroup.com.vn/?p=16731 In recent years, Western Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company (WestFood) has continuously expanded its raw material areas — particularly its MD2 pineapple farms — with the goals of securing stable input materials, maintaining consistent pricing, helping farmers avoid the “bumper crop, falling price” cycle, and enhancing the company’s competitiveness in international markets while boosting exports to demanding destinations.

Pineapple is a highly versatile fruit and is considered one of WestFood’s key strategic products. After extensive research and field assessments, WestFood selected the MD2 variety — globally renowned for its fragrance, vibrant yellow flesh, crisp texture, sweetness, large size, shallow eyes, and nearly thornless exterior — for trial cultivation in its dedicated farming zones. MD2 is known for combining the superior traits of the Queen and Cayenne varieties, the two most commonly grown pineapple types in Vietnam.

Following its introduction, the quality of WestFood’s MD2 pineapple has not only convinced the farmers involved in production but also impressed experts, representatives of local authorities, agricultural departments, and farmer associations. Notably, although WestFood was not the first enterprise to bring the MD2 variety to Vietnam for testing, it is the first to achieve significant success with it — demonstrating both the company’s strategic investment and the leadership’s commitment to elevating Vietnamese agricultural products to new heights.

WestFood currently maintains more than 150 hectares of MD2 pineapple cultivation and aims to expand to 1,200 hectares by 2030, with 50% of the area meeting GLOBALG.A.P standards. This foundation enables WestFood’s products to access the most demanding markets, including Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea.

According to WestFood representatives, GLOBALG.A.P comprises 252 criteria, including 36 mandatory requirements that must be met 100%, 127 criteria that allow up to 95% compliance, and 89 recommended practices.
“To achieve GLOBALG.A.P certification, the entire chain — from growers and harvesters to processors and distributors — must establish a comprehensive food safety monitoring and control system. This begins with farm preparation and continues through harvesting, processing, and storage. For instance, the soil must be properly prepared and free from contamination; water sources must be safe; plant varieties must be disease-free; and all agricultural inputs must be approved materials, primarily organic, to ensure consumer safety.
Additionally, all individuals involved in the process must record every production step — from planting to harvesting and storage — to ensure traceability in cases of food poisoning, chemical residue issues, or any other incidents,” a WestFood representative shared.

Every stage of production is monitored and recorded by WestFood’s engineers.

WestFood’s methodical investment in GLOBALG.A.P-certified raw material areas has enabled the company to significantly improve product quality, meet international standards, and expand opportunities to access highly selective markets. This achievement reflects the company’s long-term vision for sustainable agricultural development and contributes to elevating the competitiveness of Vietnamese agricultural products in the era of deep global integration.

Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Trade Union Enters the 2025–2030 Term with a Commitment to Innovation and Development https://fitgroup.com.vn/cuu-long-pharmaceutical-trade-union-enters-the-2025-2030-term-with-a-commitment-to-innovation-and-development/ Tue, 25 Nov 2025 07:45:44 +0000 https://fitgroup.com.vn/?p=16727 On November 15, 2025, the grassroots Trade Union of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company solemnly held its 14th Congress for the 2025–2030 term.

The Congress took place at a time when the country is entering a critical phase of administrative boundary restructuring — a historic decision marking a period of renewal and strong reorganization to meet development demands in a new era. This context also places higher expectations on the workforce and trade union organizations as they accompany enterprises and contribute to the stability and sustainability of the national economy.

With the motto “Solidarity – Democracy – Discipline – Innovation – Development”, the Congress clearly defined the role of the Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Trade Union during this transition: not only to care for and protect workers’ rights, but also to help build a strong and capable workforce — a fundamental pillar for the company’s growth and the nation-building process.

The Congress took place at the main hall of Benovas Medical Equipment JSC.

For years, the DCL Trade Union has been a spiritual support for more than 800 employees, serving as a bridge between the Board of Directors and the company’s staff. Worker representation and protection have been effectively implemented through the Collective Labor Agreement, which includes several benefits exceeding standard regulations. The union ensures that 100% of employees are fully covered by social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and accident insurance. It also consistently organizes welfare activities such as hospital visit support, periodic health check-ups, birthday and holiday gifts, company trips, and recognition for long-term employees.

In parallel, the Trade Union has placed strong emphasis on building a rich cultural environment and promoting corporate values through emulation movements, sports and cultural activities, and internal exchanges, contributing to a cohesive and friendly workplace. The union has actively encouraged employees to help build a green – clean – beautiful working environment following the 5S standards, and has embedded the five core values — Sincerity, Compliance, Desire for Victory, Continuous Improvement, and Perfect Execution — as guiding principles in daily work and conduct.

Its collaboration with company leadership is also reflected in participation in production–business planning, process improvement toward innovation and technology, involvement in HR policy development, human resource training, and nurturing outstanding union members for Party admission consideration.

These efforts have produced remarkable results during the 2023–2028 term: more than VND 786 million allocated to employee welfare activities; 112 new members admitted to the union; 6 exemplary members introduced for Party admission; and numerous charity initiatives raising over VND 29.5 million for community support. The union was recognized as “Excellently Fulfilling Its Duties” for the entire term, reaffirming its role as a reputable representative organization and a solid support for employees.

Representatives of DCL’s grassroots Trade Union present the summary report at the Congress.

Entering the new 2025–2030 term, the DCL Trade Union will focus on renewing its operational methods, enhancing the capacity of union officials, strengthening the protection of workers’ rights, ensuring workplace safety, promoting emulation movements linked with productivity improvement and technological adoption, and further building a strong, sustainable union organization with emphasis on developing future leaders.

In an atmosphere of openness and democracy, delegates from both Business and Production divisions contributed many practical insights on training, improving working conditions, and strengthening emulation movements linked to productivity, quality, and safety. These proposals were acknowledged and incorporated into the direction for the new term.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of 09 members trusted by union members, expected to continue steering the union toward greater innovation, effectiveness, and closer connection with employees.

The newly elected Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term is introduced to the Congress.

On behalf of the new Executive Committee, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng — Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union — affirmed their commitment: “We will unite, innovate, and act more effectively to protect workers’ rights, continuously enhance human resource quality, and make meaningful contributions to the company’s development.”

After more than four hours of serious and dedicated work, the 14th Congress of the grassroots Trade Union of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical JSC concluded successfully in a spirit of unity, democracy, and high responsibility. The programs and directions approved at the Congress will serve as an important foundation for the Executive Committee of the 2025–2030 term to implement more practical and effective activities. With the collective support of all union members and employees, the Trade Union will continue to affirm its role as a solid pillar contributing positively to the sustainable development of the company and the Group.
