The event marked an important milestone, launching a strong start for the 2026 business year while reaffirming DCL’s determination to innovate, unite, and achieve breakthrough growth across the entire system.

Sales Kick-off 2026 took place as 2025 came to a close amid significant market fluctuations and challenges. More than a year-end review, the program served as a critical opportunity for DCL to align strategic thinking, reinforce confidence, and inspire the sales force to enter the new year with a proactive, action-ready mindset.

During the program, DCL’s leadership presented a comprehensive review of business performance in 2025, highlighting key achievements while candidly addressing existing limitations and lessons learned. The presentations went beyond high-level summaries, delving into operational realities and providing management and sales teams with a clearer, more holistic understanding of the company’s overall performance.

The core focus of Sales Kick-off 2026 was the sharing of strategic directions, business objectives, and the sales plan for 2026. The leadership emphasized strategic pillars, priority actions, and specific targets for each phase and sales channel. As a result, the entire system—from headquarters to regional markets—was clearly oriented and aligned in terms of goals and execution approaches.

One of the most notable values of the program was the strong alignment in mindset, objectives, and actions between the leadership team and the nationwide sales force. Open discussion and interactive sessions created opportunities for departments, regions, and sales channels to share perspectives, propose solutions, and demonstrate their commitment to accompanying DCL’s overall strategy in 2026.

Through various networking and team-building activities, the spirit of unity and collaboration among departments, regions, and sales channels was further strengthened. This cohesion serves as a crucial foundation for DCL to leverage collective strength and enhance execution effectiveness in practice.

At the conclusion of the program, Sales Kick-off 2026 achieved several key outcomes: management and sales teams gained a clear understanding of the 2026 strategy, targets, and action directions; implementation plans were unified and synchronized nationwide; and the sense of responsibility, commitment, and determination to achieve business goals was significantly reinforced. More importantly, the program established a solid foundation for DCL to enter 2026 with a proactive, confident mindset, ready to break through from the very first days of the year.

Sales Kick-off 2026 not only concluded with figures, plans, and targets, but also opened a new journey filled with confidence, determination, and a strong spirit of breakthrough across the entire DCL team. With strategies clearly defined, goals aligned, and people moving in the same direction, DCL enters 2026 with stability, initiative, and strong aspirations for growth. With unity from leadership to the nationwide sales force, DCL is confident in delivering significant breakthroughs, contributing to the sustainable development of F.I.T Group, and further strengthening its position in both domestic and international markets.
