Specifically, the mineral water is drawn directly from a 220-meter-deep artesian well, naturally rising at a temperature of 72°C. It is then transported to the factory through a closed stainless steel pipeline system, ensuring the utmost purity is preserved.

At the factory, mineral water undergoes a rigorous treatment process in accordance with national standard QCVN 6-1:2000/BYT and international Codex 108. Using only physical methods—such as deodorization, filtration, and sterilization through UV technology—the water is then cooled and chilled before entering production. Once it meets strict quality standards, it is transferred to five fully automated bottling and labeling lines.

PET bottles are blown on-site using advanced Italian equipment, ensuring packaging safety and compliance with international standards. Finally, the products are labeled, packed, and prepared for delivery to consumers.

Spanning an area of 50,000 square meters, Vikoda’s natural alkaline mineral water factory is equipped with six fully automated production lines, including two glass bottle lines, two PET bottle lines, one canning line, and one 19-liter bottle line. All machinery is imported from Italy, Germany, and Taiwan, boasting a total capacity of up to 400 cubic meters per day and night—meeting the most stringent international standards.
