DCL’s Vikimco facility owns production lines for syringes, automatic blister packaging lines, needle assembly lines, and syringe blister packaging lines with modern, high-end machinery and equipment imported from South Korea, meeting ISO 9001 – 2015, ISO 13485 – 2016, eGMP FDA 2015 standards; with a total capacity of 13 million products/month.

Vikimco factory is one of the leading suppliers of top quality syringes and infusion tubes in Vietnam.

BENOVAS

Benovas Medical Equipment Manufacturing Plant, built on an area of 10,846.6 m2 in Vinh Long province, has a total investment of about 16 million USD.

The plant will be built in two phases, phase 1 with a capacity designed at 35 million products/month; phase 2 with a capacity of 20 million products/month, including: syringes, needles, infusion tubes, scalpel blades, peripheral intravenous catheters, etc.

These products will be manufactured on modern automated lines with European CE standards and U.S. FDA standards. After becoming operational, the products of Benovas Medical Equipment Manufacturing Plant will not only better satisfy customer needs but also supply a significant amount of medical equipment the meet the increasingly high vaccination demands in Vietnam. Additionally, these products will be exported to the European and U.S. markets, potentially bringing the revenue of Benovas Medical Equipment Manufacturing Plant to 500 billion VND by 2025.

Vicancap

Currently in Vietnam, Vicancap is one of the biggest factories with large-scale production of empty hard capsules.

The factory is equipped with advanced technology imported from Canada and is operating at full capacity to meet domestic and international orders, given the increasing demand for empty capsules in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.

The average capacity of Vicancap factory is currently 8.6 billion capsules/year, equivalent to 716 million capsules/month.

To meet market demand, the company is researching to expand Vicancap factory. By the end of 2023, when Capsule Line 5 will become operational, the supply output is expected to be 9.6 billion capsules/year, approximately 800 million capsules/month.
